Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions during initial consultations to establish a clear understanding of their current status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and reflect the unique requirements of each client.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through regular sessions, utilizing techniques tailored to the specific issues presented, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or eating disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to express themselves and work through challenges collaboratively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EHR system to ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, referring clients for additional services as necessary.

• Serve as a resource for clients, offering coping strategies, tools for resilience, and referrals to community resources and support networks.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest research and therapeutic methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. You will utilize culturally responsive approaches to address the diverse needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of four years of related clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to support a diverse client base with varying mental health concerns.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Prior experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic techniques.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other related technology.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n
