Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele comprised of individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Clients may include adults, adolescents, and families seeking support for issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. Your empathetic approach and evidence-based treatment techniques will be instrumental in fostering their growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in your state of California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, to provide therapeutic services.

• At least two years of relevant experience working in mental health, helping clients effectively cope with emotional challenges.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
