Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans aligned with each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation and progress notes to track client development and outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical cases and receive guidance, ensuring continued professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
