Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments through interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify mental health needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based methodologies.

  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges, providing guidance on coping strategies, goal setting, and personal development.

  • Maintain meticulous client records while complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and proper documentation.

  • Engage in ongoing training and participate in supervision and peer consultation to enhance your clinical skills and effectiveness as a caregiver.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential in the state of Vermont.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in current evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

  • Exceptional communication skills along with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling or related services is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
