Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing various assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address client-specific issues.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, encouraging open dialogue and a strengths-based approach to problem-solving.

• Document and maintain detailed, confidential client records while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
