Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health status and needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans through evidence-based methods tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

• Hosting regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide ongoing support and education on coping techniques.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and referrals.

• Documenting all interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in a timely manner using our EHR systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of patients coping with mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Your ability to respect and understand the unique experiences of each individual will be vital in fostering trust and rapport, essential for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license in the state of New York as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A solid grasp of mental health disorders and familiarity with contemporary, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
