Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and detailed evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic methods.

• Providing personalized one-on-one counseling sessions designed to help clients cope with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Leading engaging group therapy sessions, offering support and psychoeducation on prevalent mental health concerns, thereby fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaboratively developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans, setting clear, achievable goals tailored to each client’s specific needs and adjusting plans as necessary based on their progress.

• Responding effectively to crisis situations by providing immediate support and conducting risk assessments, with a focus on ensuring client safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
