Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bloomingdale Psychotherapy Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and ongoing assessments to ensure each client's evolving needs are met.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
\n
• Providing group treatment sessions on mental health observation units, leading patient discussions and therapeutic activities to foster community and support.
\n
• Maintaining concise and complete documentation, including progress notes and statistical reports, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate effective care coordination.

• Engaging in clinical supervision meetings with a designated Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance your professional development.

• Participating in case conferences and treatment planning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
\n
• Assisting in the supervision of social work interns or student volunteers, nurturing their growth in professional practice and community involvement.

• Following best practices and standards for psychological testing as assigned.
\n
• Performing additional duties as assigned by unit leadership to meet the evolving needs of our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, focusing on individuals who may be experiencing behavioral problems, substance use issues, or severe mental illnesses. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, applicants must have:

• A valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of five years of full-time, paid, professional experience providing direct client care in a behavioral health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
