Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individualized care needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care strategies focusing on enhancing the quality of life for geriatric clients.

• Educate family members and staff on emotional well-being strategies to support the overall mental health of elderly individuals.

• Provide grief counseling for residents and their families coping with loss and end-of-life issues, allowing for the exploration of feelings and emotions in a safe space.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
