Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Lead crisis intervention efforts, creating pre-crisis and crisis management strategies that promote safety and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in coordination with the clinical team to identify patient needs and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to implement positive behavioral support plans that align with client goals.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Actively engage with state agencies, community partners, and service providers to facilitate seamless care and resource access for clients.

• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and their families to foster a supportive therapeutic environment and enhance trust.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and workshops relevant to mental health care.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, supporting organizational goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Our client-centered approach emphasizes empathy and respect, allowing you to build rapport with patients as you guide them through their personal recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• An active Independent LMHC license is essential to practice in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
