Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Therapeutic Groups: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster community and support amongst participants, helping them to share experiences and build connections.

• Provide Individual Counseling: Deliver individualized therapy, focusing on client-centered approaches that explore their emotional and psychological landscapes, while developing personalized coping strategies.

• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to set manageable and clear goals, tailoring treatment plans that resonate with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients' progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care and share insights on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on serving young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. This demographic often faces unique stressors related to life transitions, identity exploration, and social pressures. By providing personalized care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we aim to foster resilience and inspire hope for lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's Degree in counseling or a related field, accompanied by a valid LMHC license in Massachusetts.

• Experience: Prior experience working with young adults in a clinical setting is essential, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and provide empathetic care.

• Skillset: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies applied in group and individual counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Brightside Health Center also provides benefits that include ongoing education support, continuing education units (CEUs), free clinical supervision, and a culture that honors work-life balance with a schedule of Monday to Friday, free from evening and weekend duties.
