Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis scenarios.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools identified by the clinical team to evaluate therapy effectiveness and patient progress.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards in service delivery.

• Act as a liaison for clients with relevant state agencies and community partners, enhancing engagement and access to resources.

• Foster open communication channels with stakeholders to uphold the mission of Mind Care within the communities we serve.

• Build partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and seek potential funding sources.

Qualifications\n
