Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual strengths and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students and their families within a school setting. This includes addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will assist clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their coping strategies and supporting their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

  Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to various mental health disorders.

  Exceptional relational and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and motivate clients effectively throughout their healing processes.

  Competitive salary ranging between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
