Our practice operates with flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule within the hours of operation, which are Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of children, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet individual needs and enhance emotional well-being.

• Coordinate and participate in team meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss treatment progress and collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans.
\n
• Provide comprehensive case management for your assigned patients, ensuring supportive connections with hospital and community resources to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, thereby supporting compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage with clients and families in the development of individualized service plans, empowering them to work toward their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a variety of youth clients within a school environment who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. By working closely with educators and school staff, you will play a critical role in identifying students in need of mental health support, thus facilitating early intervention strategies that promote their overall success and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, focusing on counseling practices and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
