Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, developing tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement effective clinical interventions that help clients achieve their individualized service goals.

• Communicate regularly and effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring cohesive care through documentation, patient rounds, and treatment planning meetings.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, coordinating care with hospital and community resources to provide comprehensive support and follow-up.

• Demonstrate ethical documentation practices, ensuring that all patient records are completed accurately and timely within the context of our department.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and emotional disturbances. By providing these students with the necessary tools and support, you will play an integral part in fostering their resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in settings that served youth and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
