Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand and diagnose clients' mental health challenges, leveraging standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique therapeutic goals established in collaboration with each student.

• Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions, utilizing various therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to address a range of issues.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with parents, teachers, and school administration to create a supportive network for each student, fostering holistic care delivery.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, while contributing to a comprehensive client record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents enrolled in our partnering schools. You will assist students experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license issued by the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
