Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, parents, and faculty. Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges each individual may face.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family support sessions for individuals and groups within the school community.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute distress or emergency mental health situations, ensuring that support is provided promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups as well as their parents and school staff. Our clientele ranges from children facing transitional challenges to teens dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your guidance will empower students to navigate their mental health journeys while promoting a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A relevant master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
