Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of students’ mental health needs and collaborate with educators to understand academic pressures that may contribute to these needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on unique student challenges, incorporating evidence-based interventions to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various therapeutic approaches to ensure all students feel heard and supported.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including school psychologists, educators, and support staff to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
