Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of individual students, developing tailored treatment plans that meet their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of the specific mental health challenges faced by students in a school setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration within a diverse academic community.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices suited to the educational environment, such as CBT or solution-focused therapy.
