Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and professional boundaries to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Craft, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize client needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes in compliance with best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine suitability for services and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and tailored interventions.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and fostering communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographics are wide-ranging, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will provide empathic counseling to patients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. By fostering a safe and supportive space, you will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and facilitate their journey toward healing and self-empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer technologies, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and record-keeping.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Advocate Mind Health offers a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, meaning no waiting period for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
