Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify each client’s mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals, reflecting diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions based on best practices and client feedback.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintaining client confidentiality and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough and up-to-date client records.
