Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote individual growth and well-being.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing, to address clients’ specific issues.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interaction or confront accessibility challenges, ensuring quality support regardless of circumstances.

• Maintain organized, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, which safeguards our commitment to professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in helping clients navigate their experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage your caseload and administrative duties.
