This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative team. You will connect with clients via telemedicine, as well as have the option to participate in in-person sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support, including attending team meetings and case consultations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and seminars to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
