Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized therapy plans that address their unique concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a compassionate and culturally competent approach.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities and workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive support for clients throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
