This role offers the flexibility of working from home, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values inclusion and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to accurately determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating both expertise and compassion while supporting clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach efforts aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

In this role, you will serve a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, providing support to individuals with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By working with clients from varied ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, you will enhance your clinical experience and cultural competence, which is vital in today’s healthcare environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to ensure timely documentation and follow-up on client needs.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effective interaction with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community mental health setting and familiarity with telehealth applications are highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities will strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and credentials.
