Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with teletherapy services.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
