Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate smooth transitions including discharges when warranted.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation including detailed progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering relevant information to establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to integrate care and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will provide empathetic support and specialized therapeutic interventions to clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. Your role is integral to enhancing their coping strategies, resilience, and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience practicing in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proficient in using various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and our proprietary client management software, PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services tailored to individuals and families.
\n
• Ability to complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop effective therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with collaborative care models and integrated treatment approaches is also advantageous.
