Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Balance Bliss Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate resources.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Balance Bliss Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to competitive pay, we provide:
