Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions providing individual, family, and group therapy for clients with a variety of mental health needs.

• Thoroughly assess new clients by collecting and analyzing their medical and psychological histories to determine individualized treatment plans.

• Engage actively with the Clinical Director to develop and implement therapeutic programs that align with best practices, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing insights and strategies that support comprehensive client care alongside medical and psychiatric providers.

• Create, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and client feedback, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met effectively.

• Utilize approved documentation platforms for ongoing assessment of client progress and treatment efficacy, adhering to best practices in clinical documentation.

• Evaluate and document the outcomes of interventions, making use of evidence-based practices to enhance client engagement and success.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to program enhancements and team development.

Qualifications\n
