Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Current independent license issued by the state of California is mandatory (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW); provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities in evaluating clients' needs and determining appropriate treatment interventions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate nature to foster trusting client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in an outpatient therapy setting is preferred, particularly working with adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
