Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. For instance, you may facilitate a support group for individuals recovering from addiction and implement coping strategies in group discussions.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, crafting specific treatment plans to meet each client's unique goals and needs. You will work collaboratively with clients to set measurable objectives and track progress through structured follow-ups.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to provide comprehensive care and holistic treatment for clients. This entails attending regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies and coordinate services effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
