Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including preliminary interviews that assess the client’s needs and document their case from the initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Develop tailored intervention and recovery plans aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring all interventions align with best practices in mental health.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to foster healing and personal growth.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance outcomes based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
