Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients as well as any co-occurring substance use issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's needs, setting measurable goals and adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively and foster a safe environment for healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress and strategies for effective intervention, allowing for the sharing of insights and experiences among team members.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as needed, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources to manage acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n
