Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to identify their concerns and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans that meet their individual needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, employing electronic medical records systems for efficient documentation and information sharing.

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse client base grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the expertise and dedication of our counselors. Full-time counselors can expect a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. In addition, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and wellness needs.
