Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored to individuals with acute or chronic mental illnesses, ensuring alignment with community standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct in-depth assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans for clients, preparing detailed intake summaries and maintaining ongoing documentation of their progress.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic approaches, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's needs.

• Engage in regular staff meetings to review and refine treatment strategies, share insights, and provide support to team members.

• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed, providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory. Applicants with an associate's license cannot be accepted due to billing constraints.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite, will be essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• A capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse caseload is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
