Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their history, symptoms, and personal goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting to ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of modalities to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at empowering patients with knowledge and fostering community support.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises with prompt intervention and support, guiding individuals through challenging situations.

Qualifications\n
