Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals, cultures, and backgrounds of your clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in one-on-one, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention, collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries per clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation sessions, equipping clients and their families with essential tools and knowledge for managing mental health conditions.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating shared care responsibilities with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, applying new knowledge to your clinical work.

• Uphold ethical standards and protect patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n
