Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments to identify their specific needs.

• Therapeutic Sessions: Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients address issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunrise Spring, you will work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, trauma, and eating disorders. A culturally competent and compassionate approach will be essential as you tailor your therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Valid and active license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
