Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during client intake sessions to evaluate mental health needs and issues.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to support client progress and well-being.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage sharing, support, and learning among clients facing similar challenges.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or community services, when needed, ensuring holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will guide clients on their journeys to recovery, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive approaches that honor their individual experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.

Silver Wing Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
