Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through initial assessments to determine mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and personal goals.

• Design comprehensive, individualized therapy plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions, monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide referrals for additional resources, including psychiatrist consultations, support groups, or nutritional counseling when necessary.

• Document all interactions and interventions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients battling various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years' related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
