Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' histories, challenges, and aspirations, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social service professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied clientele comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with clients and their families.
