Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to identify their specific mental health needs and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches according to clients' presenting issues and therapeutic requirements.

• Actively collaborate with healthcare providers, educational professionals, and community resources to coordinate care and enhance the client support experience.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Gather feedback from clients and colleagues to contribute to service delivery and program enhancements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each presenting unique implications for therapy that require your sensitivity and expertise. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate direct experience providing therapeutic services to clients in need.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and client management is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
