Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health needs effectively, identifying treatment goals that align with their personal journeys.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches, implementing therapeutic interventions that promote personal growth.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy and in-person as needed, adapting modalities to match client preferences and challenges.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly, revising treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and collaborative feedback.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings, enhancing your clinical skills and sharing best practices with your colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and create a safe therapeutic space for clients.

• A strong ability to empathize with clients and maintain a non-judgmental attitude, fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Experience providing telehealth services is an advantage, given the hybrid nature of our practice.
