Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, strengths, and needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address individual client goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy techniques.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver seamless virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in their own environments.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and effective communication to support clients in distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of best practices, emerging trends in mental health therapy, and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. You will work with adult clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral disorders. Our goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor and a commitment to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensure.
