Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs through interviews, surveys, and other assessments to accurately determine their mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, integrating evidence-based modalities to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques appropriate to the client’s presenting issues, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor their progress, refining treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options via secure video platforms to enhance accessibility for clients facing location or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in regular professional development and continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and innovations in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
