Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and formulating individualized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate engaging and effective one-on-one sessions as well as group therapy focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Regularly collaborate with other mental health professionals and providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support for our patients.

• Participate in continuous professional education and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

• Actively contribute ideas for service improvement and program effectiveness, fostering an environment of continuous learning and adaptation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who are facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our clientele comes from different socio-economic backgrounds, and we prioritize culturally competent care to ensure that every individual feels understood and supported in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction, specifically as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals facing emotional or mental health challenges is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems, although this is preferred rather than mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
