Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, utilizing evidence-based methods to gather pertinent information about each client's mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting specific concerns, using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that focus on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships, ensuring that clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize therapeutic interventions and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to remain abreast of the latest mental health trends and best practices.

• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback to improve program effectiveness, including developing new therapeutic workshops or group sessions based on client needs and interests.

Your work will impact a broad range of clients seeking support for mental health issues, including but not limited to PTSD, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license/certification, specifically as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a mental health setting, effectively supporting clients through their emotional hardships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
