Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments.

• Provide timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all clinical records are maintained with accuracy.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by our clinical protocols, tailoring your approach to meet the evolving needs of patients.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans that are integral to patient success.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation procedures while serving as a crucial liaison between our organization and external service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Establish open lines of communication to enhance cooperative relationships that support adherence to contract standards and further our mission within the community.

• Engage with various local, state, and national organizations and agencies to foster new partnerships that enhance service delivery and funding sources.
\n
• Pursue continuous personal and professional growth through attending conferences and taking part in task forces related to mental health.

• Integrate and promote the mission, values, and principles of our agency in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Carry out additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive therapeutic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals across a spectrum of backgrounds seeking support for emotional distress, substance use recovery, and challenges related to developmental disabilities and brain injuries. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their difficulties, working toward their healing and empowerment by utilizing tailored therapeutic strategies that cater to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An active, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth is desirable, but training will be provided to suitable candidates.
