Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Springwells of Hope, you will work with a varied patient population facing issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will provide pivotal support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic practice is culturally competent and tailored to their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and maintaining ethical boundaries in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure scenarios.

Springwells of Hope offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
