Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans that reflect an understanding of each patient’s cultural and personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and cultural considerations in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
